Aren't they cute?!?! This is CiBaby's friend, "Wibby." The girls get along and play (generally, unless a nap is needed) so well, it makes my heart sing.
**It's a pretty rare pic to catch CiBaby smiling. If you know her, you know she smiles all of the time, except for pictures, of course!
